Service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

8. reCAPTCHA and Spam Protection

Our website may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar security technologies to help protect our website and online forms from spam, fraud, abuse, and automated submissions. When reCAPTCHA is used, certain technical information may be collected or processed by Google, which may include information such as your IP address, device and browser information, website interactions, and other information used to determine whether a website interaction is legitimate. Information processed through Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's applicable privacy practices and terms. Guardians of the Pack uses reCAPTCHA for website security and spam prevention and does not use information collected through reCAPTCHA to independently identify or profile website visitors. Guardians of the Pack currently accepts payment primarily by electronic transfer (“e-transfer”). We do not require clients to provide online banking passwords or banking security credentials. Depending on the payment process, we may receive or retain information associated with a transaction, such as:

• email address or other transaction information made available through the payment service;

• payment amount;

• payment date;

• invoice number;

• payment status; and

• transaction reference information.
